Shri Anandi Ma and Dileepji travel extensively in America, Europe and India offering free meditation programs. These evenings include chanting, meditation, and a talk on some aspect of Kundalini Maha Yoga. There is time to ask questions as well as an opportunity to meet Shri Anandi Ma personally. Participants are instructed in basic meditation and are given the opportunity to hear the mantrochar, a series of powerful mantras sung by the teachers in this lineage with the purpose of bringing the student into deeper states of meditation.

than a mile from the highway on the right
· DYC - Antioch is on the right about a long block after passing the shopping center
From the North:
· I-680 South
· Take the Hwy 4 east toward
Pittsburg/Stockton
· Take the L Street/Contra Loma exit and turn
right onto Contra Loma
· You will pass a SaveMart shopping center
less than a mile from the highway on the right
· DYC - Antioch is on the right about a long block after passing the shopping center
